If something goes wrong with your order, I’ll make it right. Here’s how that works. For anything on this page, email me at shop@portermason.com with your order number.
If something’s damaged, wrong or missing
If your order arrives damaged, if it’s not what you ordered, or if it hasn’t shown up 30 days after it shipped, email me within 60 days of your order. For damage, a photo helps.
I’ll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you’d like. You won’t pay anything, and you don’t need to send the damaged one back. If it’s a limited edition item that’s sold out, I’ll refund it.
If you change your mind
You can return anything physical within 30 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused and in the condition you got it. Opening the shrink wrap on a book is fine. Email me first and I’ll send you the return address. Once it arrives, I’ll refund what you paid for it.
Return shipping is on you, and the original shipping cost isn’t refundable. Stickers can’t go back once they’ve been stuck to something. (I’d like to think that’s obvious, but here we are.)
PDFs
Once you’ve downloaded a PDF, you have it for good, and I can’t take it back. So PDFs can’t be returned after they’ve been downloaded.
There are two exceptions. If you haven’t downloaded it yet, email me within 30 days and I’ll refund it. And if a file won’t open or something’s wrong with it, I’ll fix it or refund you, even if you’ve already downloaded it.
Print books come with their PDF. If you return the book, the PDF link stops working too.
Bundles
You can return a whole bundle, or just part of one. If you return part of a bundle, you’ll get back the item’s regular price, minus the percentage you saved on the bundle. So if your bundle was 20% off and you return a $10 item, you’ll get $8 back. The rules above still apply to each thing in it, so downloaded PDFs stay out of the refund.
How refunds work
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. I’ll send yours within 5 to 10 business days of getting the return, or of hearing from you if nothing needs to come back. I’ll try to be quicker than that, but this is a one-person operation. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Shipping
PDFs are ready as soon as your payment goes through. You’ll get the links by email and on your order page. There’s no limit on downloads, and the links don’t expire.
Physical orders ship within 5 to 10 business days. I’ll do my best to beat that, but it’s just me here. U.S. orders of $75 or more ship free. For anything else, you’ll see the cost at checkout before you pay.

If you gave the wrong address, email me as soon as you can. If it hasn’t shipped yet, I can fix it.
