Description
Back Bay is where Roonie the Rabbit and all the other animals started: 104 black-and-white comic strips I drew in 2003 and 2004. Initially, I made them to submit to newspaper syndicates, who were interested until they weren’t. I then published them for a year with an online syndicate until I didn’t.
28 of them are in Cute Animals for Flawed People, and Patreon supporters have been able to unlock all of them on my website. But this is the first time they’ve been collected into one book.
It exists because of my Kickstarter in 2026. Enough backers showed up that this collection was unlocked as a stretch goal, so the comics from 2003 and 2004 finally got published in 2026.
It has every Back Bay comic I drew for the syndicates or posted online afterward, in the order they originally ran.
It’s a 58 page PDF, digital only.
